Kyra Minturn

 Kyra Minturn (born on 19th August 1965), is an American actress. Her leading role on TNT's crime drama The Closer as Deputy Chief Brenda Leigh Johnson is her most popular. Sedgwick was honored with a Golden Globe Award and an Emmy Award for her portrayal as Johnson in 2007. The seventh season of the show ended on the 13th of August 2012. Sedgwick is also remembered for her role in the role of Madeline Wuntch, on the sitcom Brooklyn Nine-Nine. Sedgwick was nominated to the Golden Globe award in 1995 for her performance in Something to Talk About. Sedgwick's films roles include Oliver Stone's Born in July (1989) as well as Cameron Crowe's Individuals (1992) The Heart and Souls (1993), Phenomenon (1996) and What's Cooking (2000) and Secondhand Lions (2003). The Game Plan (2007) and The Possession (2011) are also among her many. Sedgwick is the daughter Patricia Rosenwald and is an educator therapy for families, a venture capitalist, and Henry Dwight Sedgwick VII Speech therapist. Her mother was Jewish was of English and Episcopalian descent. Sedgwick says she is Jewish and says she goes to Passover seders.
